Cancellations Policy

1. A buyer is not entitled to cancel the order once placed but may choose to cancel only within one minute of the order being placed.
2. If a buyer cancels the order after a minute of placing it, Swiggy has the right to collect a 100% order amount penalty.

• If the address provided is wrong or falls outside the delivery zone
• If the buyer is unreachable by phone or email at the time of delivery

• Unavailability of items at the time of booking. However, if the items are unavailable, Swiggy will contact the buyer entitling him to cancel the order and avail a 100% refund of the order value.

Orders placed by buyers are non-cancellable and non-refundable except under the following conditions:

• If the order is not delivered within the estimated time
• If the personnel did not pick the order
• If the merchant doesn’t accept or cancels the order
• If Swiggy cancels the order due to any reason

Swiggy reserves the right to review the cancellation request and process the request for a refund if satisfied.

Refunds Policy

1. Buyers are entitled to a refund. However, Swiggy retains the right to keep the penalty from the amount refundable.Â
2. Buyers are also entitled to a refund of proportionate value if the packaging is tampered or damaged.
3. Buyers are also eligible for a 100% refund in case of a failed delivery. However, such cases will be assessed by Swiggy.
4. All refunds will be credited to the buyer’s account as per his mode of payment, which can take from 2 hours to 5-7 business days.
