Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

  • For every cancellation made online, Yatra will charge a nominal cancellation fee of Rs.400 per person per sector. User can log in to their account and visit the My Bookings section to cancel their flight
  • Every offline cancellation will be levied with Rs.1,250 as cancellation charges. This will be charged over and above the airline”s cancellation charges
  • Rs 400 per person per sector will be charged for rescheduling of domestic flights
  • For no-show, a nominal amount of Rs.100 will be charged as a standard no-show fee
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 – 20 working days from the date of cancellation. Convenience fee paid during the time of booking are non-refundable
  • For no-show or unutilized bookings, the user will have to raise a refund request within 90 days from the travel date. Post this period, no refund would be paid
