PROFILE: STUDENT RELATION EXECUTIVE

Location: South Extension I, South Extension, New Delhi, Delhi 110049

Experience : Fresher to 2 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Work closely with clients to discuss their career and educational aspirations and help them select the best courses to achieve their goals.
2. Use your strong interpersonal skills to identify client strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance and support to help them succeed.
3. Maintain up-to-date progress reports on client development and track their progress towards their goals.
4. Manage the end-to-end client admission cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all clients.
5. Evaluate client recruitment techniques to determine the most effective strategies and make improvements as needed.
6. Welcome prospective clients and conduct interviews and follow-up activities to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
7. Handle client inquiries and explain available courses and payment plans, resolving any doubts or queries they may have.
8. Meet or exceed the targets set by the Branch Manager, demonstrating your commitment to client success.
