🧩 Role Overview

We are hiring Content Creators to create short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) focused on:

• Deals & offers

• Product discovery

• Smart online shopping tips

This role is ideal for freshers, students, and early-stage creators who want real-world exposure in affiliate & performance marketing.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Create short videos related to deals, discounts & savings

• Publish content on personal or assigned platforms

• Maintain content quality and basic brand guidelines

• Collaborate with the Freemalamaal team remotely

💰 Earnings & Incentive Structure (Transparent Model)

We follow a performance-driven structure:

✅ Fixed Incentive

• ₹250 per video

• Payable only if the video crosses 10,000 views within 3 months

• One-time incentive per qualifying video

✅ Commission-Based Earnings

• Any verified sales or revenue generated through your content

• Commission shared based on backend tracking & verification

👉 Even if views are low, earning-based commission still applies.

🎓 Internship Details

• Duration: 3 to 6 Months

• Internship Completion Certificate provided

• Learn:

  • Affiliate & performance marketing

  • Content monetization strategy

  • Real startup ecosystem exposure

Post-internship continuation is optional and performance-based.
