Membership & Accounts

A. Clause: If you defame us at any social media platform or Review platform you will be no longer allow our services and account(s) may suspend permanently.

You must not use same IP/Device, same bank or Paytm account to withdraw from multiple accounts.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to become a Member.
• You must use accurate and current information about yourself.
• Members are not allowed to run any paid ads on Google, Facebook pointing to freemalamaal.com. Non-compliance results in immediate termination.

Our Services

Cashback Service

Our Cashback Service allows users who register on the Site (“Members“) to earn cashback on tracked purchases from Retailers. To qualify for cashback, the Retailer must confirm that the Member’s purchase is tracked, genuine, and successful.

Note: If a Retailer does not track a transaction using their affiliate tracking system, sales might not be paid to freemalamaal, and hence cashback will not be paid to the Member.

Unique Referral Fee

Members get 10% cashback on each new Member’s Cashback introduced by them (Qualifying Referral) as long as they remain a Member themselves.

Cashback & Payments

After a Member successfully completes a Qualifying Transaction, and once we have received the resulting Cashback, we pass that Cashback to the Member.

Tracking Process

• Pending: When we trace a transaction, it shows as 'pending payment'.
• Validated: Once the Retailer confirms (can take 90 days or more), it marks as 'validated'.
• Withdrawal: You can withdraw validated cashback when you have at least Rs 100 in your Account.

Missing Cashback

If a member sends an enquiry on missing cashback, our system checks for an exit click. If no exit click is tracked, we cannot process the claim. The decision of the Retailer or their tracking agent is final.

Misuse & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a Member breaches this Agreement.

• Providing personal information of someone else.
• Deceptively exploiting Retailer offerings (fake/unauthorised links).
• Defamatory, offensive, or abusive content posting.
• Using automated bots, viruses, or trojans.

If fraud is detected, the Account will be closed, and the Email/IP address will be blacklisted.

Disclaimer & Liability

The content and material are provided “as-is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Cashback Service will meet your requirements perfectly.

We are not a party to any transactions with Retailers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods/services from Retailers.

Limitation: Our aggregate liability shall not exceed Rs 500.

Intellectual Property & Privacy

All copyright and trademarks on the Site are owned by us. No one may copy or distribute material from the Site without license.

By using the site, you agree to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Communications: You agree to receive communications by way of SMS and e-mails from freemalamaal.com.
